Mission Statement
The North Central College Master of Science in Nursing Program will prepare future nurses to integrate their knowledge of the liberal arts and sciences with the knowledge, skills and attitudes essential for lifelong learning, personal responsibility and sustained achievement in the nursing profession and the communities in which the graduates reside and practice. Graduates will utilize management and leadership concepts in decision-making and advocating for the provision of equitable, safe, ethical, inclusive and quality nursing care for diverse individuals, families and communities.
Accreditation
The Master of Science in Nursing program is developed according to the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) Standards for Accreditation, with anticipated proposed CCNE Accreditation in Fall 2024/Spring 2025.
