NURS 518 - Application of Business and Financial Principles in the Budget Process

This course provides the nurse executive leader an opportunity to apply their knowledge of the principles of healthcare financing, budgeting, cost/benefit analysis and fiscal reporting by developing a business plan for a healthcare or healthcare system issue.
