NURS 501 - Applied Research and Biostatistics 3.00 credit hours
This course provides an advance overview of applications necessary to analyze, interpret and present research findings related to clinical practice for the advanced nurse practitioner (ANP). Students will review published research, critique findings and apply those findings to advanced nursing practice and health care using an evidence-based approach. Complex concepts and theories including critical appraisal of evidence and use with diverse groups in a global environment are addressed.
