MPAS 534 - Clinical Medicine and Infectious Disease IV 4.00 credit hours Clinical Medicine and Infectious Disease IV is the third course in a sequence of five courses encompassing the principles and practices of clinical medicine. These courses are structured to provide a systems-based intensive study of human disease and disorders across the lifespan focusing on epidemiology, etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, clinical interventions, medical and surgical treatment, prevention, and prognosis. Students will integrate and apply knowledge obtained in the Foundational Medical Sciences, Clinical Therapeutics III, Patient Evaluation and Counseling II and Diagnostic Methods II to these areas of study.
Prerequisite(s): MPAS 533 .
