NURS 532 - Advanced Practice Nursing: Family Practice Synthesis 7.00 credit hours
Focuses on integration and application of theories and concepts of the Nurse Practioner role into clinical practice. Emphasis is placed on comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, management and evaluation of health care needs across the lifespan. Students will finalize a capstone project showcasing a progression in their advanced practice registered nurse management skills. This course requires 175 clock hours of practicum providing primary care across the lifespan.
Prerequisite(s): NURS 529 .
