NURS 529 - Advanced Practice Nursing: Primary Care Across the Lifespan 7.00 credit hours
Focuses on management strategies for human responses to acute and chronic complex health problems across the lifespan. Current research and epidemiological patterns in healthcare are utilized to identify and address relevant health issues. This course provides discussion, differentiation and application of concepts related to various clinical practice roles. Clinical settings allow students to apply assessment and intervention strategies to assist the client with maintenance and restoration of their wellness. This course requires 175 clock hours of practicum providing primary care across the lifespan.
Prerequisite(s): NURS 525 .
