Examining Health

Examining Health focuses broadly on various facets of personal and community health and how they are cultivated and managed around the world. While examining health practices in a global context, students will also explore how interconnections between the mind, body, and spirit can affect the ability of an individual or community to thrive. Examining Health asks students to consider the fundamental questions related to healthy living and examine how the development and integration of a variety of health practices and systems can maximize the potential for overall wellness, creativity, and growth.
