Graduation Application Schedule

Graduation Applications may be submitted through the student self-service portal. Go to Merlin > User Profile > Academics (graduation cap icon) > Graduation Overview.

Late Graduation Applications can be submitted using the PDF form available in the HUB. Go to Workspaces > Office of the Registrar > Common Forms > Late Graduation Application.

* Graduation Application deadlines are set in order to provide applicants a full semester to make course adjustments if necessary to meet graduation requirements. Applications received after this date may not be reviewed until after the following semester has begun, precluding the opportunity to make course adjustments if necessary.

** Graduation Candidates desiring to walk in Commencement will be allowed to do so if their application is received by the Commencement deadline and if they meet the minimal requirements. Applications received after this date disallows participation regardless of eligibility for degree conferral.
