A bachelor’s degree in the C.P.A. track requires 51 credit hours in accounting, business, economics and finance. Other courses in economics and mathematics are required to complete prerequisite course work. Transfer students must take at least 12 credit hours in the Accounting department at North Central College before they graduate. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 150 credit hours must be completed to be eligible to take the C.P.A. exam.
