Nonprofit Leadership Certificate

Students in this certificate program learn how to lead a nonprofit organization. Through courses in board governance, human resources and volunteer management, students learn how to build and engage boards, staff and volunteers, all key objectives in order to build and grow a successful team. They understand and learn how to implement theories of change management and strategic planning, and are able to incorporate strength based and servant leadership into the workplace in order to accomplish key strategic initiatives. By completion of the certificate, students will be equipped with a variety of tools, theories and ideas to enhance motivation and leadership in themselves and their organizations.
