Mission Statement

The Leadership, Ethics and Values program is committed to advancing the college mission statement of creating “curious, engaged, ethical, and purposeful citizens and leaders in local, national and global contexts.” The academic component of the LEV program is an integral part of North Central College’s institutional commitment to the development of ethical leaders. The overall goal of the courses is to help students understand the many aspects of the leadership process, and to help them develop the skills and qualities necessary for responsible leadership.
