LEAD 320 - Ethical Leadership

4.00 credit hours
This course examines the principles and practices of ethical leadership at both personal and collective levels. Students will explore leadership values, character, ethical perspectives and decision-making while analyzing leadership from individual and organizational perspectives. Topics include developing tools for ethical reasoning, understanding moral failures, cultivating ethical leaders, and responding to moral conflict. The course concludes with the application of course concepts to a real world case.

Prerequisite(s): LEAD 130  or Junior Standing.
