ACCT 202 - Managerial Accounting

Analysis of accounting for managerial decision-making, planning and control. Topics include budgeting, variance analysis, traditional and nontraditional product costing methods and cost-volume profit analysis. Excel skills using both financial and accounting datasets will be taught before applying these skills to learning managerial accounting concepts.
