The course presents an integrated coverage of ultrasound topics, as related to image production and evaluation, ultrasound procedures, and patient care and management. Emphasis is placed on the development of skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary to exercise independent judgment and discretion in the performance of ultrasound imaging procedures.
