NUTR 361 - Nutrition Research I2.00 credit hours Examines the fundamentals of quantitative and qualitative research methods and designs found in nutrition research. Students will apply knowledge through analysis of research papers and by rating the strength of findings, as well as developing study designs for nutrition research questions. Emphasis is placed on developing critical thinking skills and analyzing key elements of research designs related to nutrition practice.
Prerequisite(s): PSYC 250 .
