MPAS 533 - Clinical Medicine and Infectious Disease III 4.00 credit hours Clinical Medicine and Infectious Disease III is the third course in a sequence of five courses encompassing the principles and practices of clinical medicine. These courses are structured to provide a systems-based intensive study of human disease and disorders across the lifespan focusing on epidemiology, etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, clinical interventions, medical and surgical treatment, prevention, and prognosis. Students will integrate and apply knowledge obtained in the Foundations of Medical Sciences, Clinical Therapeutics II, Patient Evaluation II and Counseling and Diagnostic Methods II to these areas of study.
Prerequisite(s): MPAS 532 .
