MHRM 655 - Compensation and Benefits 3.00 credit hours The course examines total compensation strategy and design. Compensation and benefits are central to recruit, retain, incentivize and equitably compensate organizational stakeholders. Critical issues such as employee pay, total reward strategy, team-based pay, competency-based pay, executive compensation, compensation to support talent management and benefits are explored.
Prerequisite(s): MHRM 515 .
