MHRM 635 - Organizational Leadership and Group Performance

3.00 credit hours
Students to develop their potential as a leader from both a personal and professional standpoint. An opportunity to learn, consider new ideas, take risks and grow. Students engage in discussion, read materials that present different viewpoints of leadership, participate in relevant leadership activities and learn from one another. Exploring the idea of “leadership” from multiple perspectives and considering how to be a leader in an organizational and team context is the focus of this course.

Prerequisite(s): MBUS 505 .
