EDN 610 - School Operations and Management3.00 credit hours This graduate course is designed to focus on the use of leadership skills in the management function of the school principal. Students will learn about the day-to-day responsibilities as well as the general, longer-term responsibilities of the school principal. Care and maintenance of the school plant, operating the food service program, and the principal’s role in transporting students will be studied. Students will study the principal’s role in developing and managing a school budget. This is a required course in the Leadership and Administration program.
