MHRM 625 - Recruitment and Selection 3.00 credit hours How organizations go about recruiting and selecting their personnel is a key aspect of human resource management. Choosing whom to employ is an important way in which employers pursue organizational goals. This course provide an understanding of methods and processes surrounding recruitment and selection as well as encourage the development of a critical approach to these important human resource functions.
Prerequisite(s): MHRM 515 .
