MHRM 615 - HR from the Organizational Behavior Perspective 3.00 credit hours This course explores some of the most important and useful practices and theories found in the management of organizations in areas such as leadership, motivation, individual differences and teamwork. Furthermore, this course examines how these practices and theories influence/impact human resource processes within the organization. In other words, what can the field of organizational behavior teach us about effective human resource practices?
Prerequisite(s): MHRM 515 .
