MGMT 355 - Training and Development4.00 credit hours This course provides a perspective of how training and development fits within the broader context of human resource management and introduces theories of learning. It addresses the key elements of training and development: analyzing employee training and learning needs; program design and implementation; program administration; and measurement and evaluation of program effectiveness.
Prerequisite(s): MGMT 305 and MGMT 345 .
