KINE 104 - Softball

2.00 credit hours
Instruction on softball fundamentals and skills required to participate in adult league play. Instruction on throwing, catching, hitting, fielding, base running, offense, defense, position play, rules/regulations, scoring and game strategy. No previous experience is required. Physical activity is required in this course. Please consult your physician prior to participating. If you have a concern regarding the activity, please consult the instructor.
