MGT 676 - Strategic Decision-Making 3.00 credit hours The capstone for the MBA program. It investigates the impact of contemporary issues on corporate strategy. A case analysis approach is used to review economic, political, financial, and legal implications of strategic business decision-making. The course emphasizes identifying strategic alternatives, and developing business strategies that incorporate all of the functional activities and organizational processes related to competitive success.
Prerequisite(s): MGT 675 and this course must be taken in one of the final two terms of the student’s MBA program.
