IFS 106 - Information Management Using Databases1.50 credit hours Introduction to database management systems and their use in storing and managing information. Topics include requirements analysis, database table design, selection of appropriate data storage types, referential integrity, data queries and data security and privacy issues. May not be taken concurrently with or after CSC 460 .
Prerequisite(s): MTH 118 or higher.
