EDN 362 - Literacy II3.00 credit hours Prepares pre-service teachers to know, understand and use concepts from reading, language and child development to teach reading, writing, speaking, viewing, listening and thinking skills to students in the primary grade levels. The pre-service teacher will develop techniques to help primary students successfully apply their developing literacy skills to different situations, materials, and ideas.
Prerequisite(s): EDN 260 and admission to the Teacher Education Program. Concurrent enrollment in EDN 326 .
