MNM 601 - Cultural Competency 3.00 credit hours
The call to serve increasingly requires the ability to serve people and communities much different from oneself, whether ethnically, geographically or generational. Students learn how to administer tools to determine the cultural competency within an organization. Students develop communication and behavioral strategies to engage with diverse audiences and create strategies to understand and serve differing communities.
