MNM 510 - Financial Management 3.00 credit hours Provides the foundational knowledge for members of non-profit organizations who must understand and apply financial knowledge in their management and governance roles. Introduces the underlying concepts, language and reporting methods of accounting and financial analysis. Basic topics include cash-flow analysis, budgeting, fund accounting, cost accounting and understanding financial statements, including balance sheets, cash-flow statements, statements of activity, and operating and capital budgets.
