MGT 675 - Strategic Management 3.00 credit hours A case-oriented course in the formulation and implementation of organizational strategy, policy, structure and programs of action. Taught from a top management perspective, the course involves the student in strategy making and draws on prior course work in accounting, finance, marketing, management and personnel studies. Comprehensive cases cover behavioral, financial, marketing, legal and general management factors.
Prerequisite(s): FIN 550 and second year graduate student; or consent of MBA Coordinator.
