Graduation Application Schedule

A Graduation Application fee of $200 applies to all students. This fee is waived if the Graduation Application is submitted by the application due date.

Graduation Applications may be submitted online through the student self-service portal at selfservice.noctrl.edu. Click on the Graduation Cap icon. This option is available until the Application Due Date and is accompanied by a Graduation Fee Waiver.

Late Graduation Applications can be submitted using the PDF form available in the HUB. Go to Workspaces > Office of the Registrar > Common Forms > Late Graduation Application. This option is available after the Application Due Date. Note that there is a final due date and the Graduation Fee Waiver does not apply.

* Graduation Application Due Dates are set in order to provide student with a full semester to make course adjustments if necessary in order to satisfy all graduation requirements. Applications received after this date may not be reviewed until after the following semester has begun, precluding the opportunity to make course adjustments if necessary which may result in a delay in graduation.

** Graduation Candidates desiring to walk in Commencement will be allowed to do so if their application is received by the Commencement Due Date and if they meet the minimal requirements. Applications received after this date disallow participation regardless of eligibility for degree conferral.
